I have been working with clay since early 2017, and this journal represents my progress. I spend much of my day in front of a computer screen designing in two dimensions, but since taking up pottery I've become completely absorbed by the variety of ceramic making processes.
Here are a few of my early pieces, many of which are pinched, coiled and slab built, the result of a learning process where the physical nature of working with clay and the medium itself will often lead me in unexpected directions.
